We want you to be completely satisfied with your Threadsx purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items as outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items, custom orders, and assembled furniture cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at service@threadsx.com to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship to the provided return address

**Important Notes**: - The correct return address will be provided via email after your return is approved - Returns sent to incorrect addresses may not be received or processed

3. Return Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary return shipping for all qualified returns. Upon approval of your return request, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you via email.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Full refund of the product purchase price
Free return shipping - we cover all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/defective items)
No restocking or handling fees

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@threadsx.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
