At Threadsx, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. This policy details our shipping process, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Please note this is the preparation time in our warehouse and does not include actual transit time.
2. Shipping Areas & Rates
Service Areas:
✅ Continental U.S. (48 states)
✅ Alaska & Hawaii
❌ Does not ship to: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories
❌ International shipping not available
Shipping Rates:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $60
- Flat-rate $7 shipping fee for orders under $60

3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - Applies to all U.S. regions (including Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii) - These are estimates and not guarantees - Delivery times may vary due to seasonal factors, weather conditions, or carrier delays
4. Customs & Taxes
All domestic U.S. orders are exempt from customs duties, import taxes, and any other associated import-related fees. Customers shall not be liable for any additional charges related to importation. Please note that U.S. sales tax may apply in accordance with the applicable state or local tax laws, and such sales tax is separate from import-related fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Shipping Considerations (Especially for Furniture)
Important Address Notes: - We ship to street addresses only and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes - Please ensure your provided address is accurate and complete
7. Order Changes & Missing Packages

To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@threadsx.com. We can only modify addresses before orders enter the shipping process.

We cannot intercept packages once they are in transit with the carrier.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package remains missing, contact us for assistance with a carrier inquiry.
